GDI Construction Corp built our fourth project for Core5 Industrial Partners, the C5 I-70 Logistics Center in West Jefferson, OH, a growing area in the Columbus, OH industrial market. This speculative logistics facility is 1,122,149 SF with a 40’ clear height, 115 docks and 2 drive-ins. Construction began on the project in May 2020 and was completed in June 2021.
