DHL Supply Chain, the world’s leading contract logistics provider, selected GDI Construction to build a new speculative warehouse in Plainfield, Indiana, the largest industrial market in central Indiana. Dealing with a very tight site, long lead time on precast orders and many weather delays, GDI was able to complete this 208,000 SF facility in only five months. The building has a 32’ clear height and 40 dock doors.
