Verus Partners – Whitestown

GDI constructed this 624,000 SF speculative warehouse for Verus Partners, a Chicago-based real estate company. The building features precast concrete wall panels, an EPDM roof, 36′ clear height, an ESFR sprinkler system, 7″ concrete floors and 60 truck docks. GDI seamlessly managed the delivery and construction of all these features plus the pouring of one of the largest continuous floor slab pours in Indiana – a whopping 140,000 SF.
