Continental Tire Distribution Center

In 2014, GDI Construction purchased a 70 acre site in Lebanon, IN near the I-65/SR 32 interchange. GDI went through the process of getting the site entitled and permitted, and completed engineering to improve the site with an unregulated ditch and a gas pipeline relocation needed. Shortly thereafter, Northpoint Development approached GDI about purchasing the site for industrial development. GDI sold the property to Northpoint and proceeded to build a 741,000 SF spec warehouse which was subsequently leased to Continental Tire. GDI also completed the build out for Continental Tire’s tenant improvements. The project was completed in 4Q15.
